Registration and Ice-Breaker
Sunday 02.09.2018 // 16.00 – 21.00 MS Koi
Please be at the pier on time (latest by 16:30), as the MS Koi will sail on schedule (17:00).
Return is at 20:00, all participants must have left the vessel by 21:00.
You will find the ‘MS Koi’ behind the Satori Speicher, close to the maritime museum.
Location
The conference will take place at the Audimax at Kiel University.

The conference fee includes coffee breaks and lunches Monday-Friday, the Ice-breaker on Sunday and the conference dinner on Thursday (please indicate attendance in your registration form) and a public transport ticket for Kiel (optional, please indicate demand in your registration form).
W-LAN
Wireless internet will be available at the conference location through Eduroam. If you have no Eduroam access you can get a guest account. Please ask for the log-in information at the registration desk.
Child Care
In cooperation with the CAU Family Service we will offer child care free of charge during the conference. Please contact us at sfb754@geomar.de to discuss your specific needs, e.g. number of children, age of children, specific days and hours when child care is needed etc until 31 July 2018 at the latest.
